What Google Learned About Teams
One of the biggest work issues being looked into is how to create better teams with the increase of collaborative activities
Working in groups tend to give better results than working individually
Google went on a full scale study on the aspects of its employees in order to build better teams
Project Aristotle was a study to see why some google teams stumbled and others succeeded
From this project they concluded that understanding and influencing group norms was the key to improving teams
On a good team Google found that each member had roughly the same amount of time to speak for themselves
Another behavior on good teams was a good sense of social cues
A good team comes from have a psychologically safe place to express oneself
